Established Experienced Knowledgeable

We Are An Experienced And Knowledgeable Estate Planning Law Firm Focused On Your Long-Term Goals

Estate planning and administration, and litigation relating to estates and trusts have been the major focus of our practice for the past 50 years to the Florida Gulf Coast, including Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, Lakewood Ranch and the other communities of Sarasota County and Manatee County.

The firm’s founder, John J. Lyons, was one of the first board-certified specialists in wills, trusts and estates approved by The Florida Bar. Following in his footsteps, R. Craig Harrison is also a board-certified specialist in wills, trusts and estates, receiving his Florida Bar Certification in 2010. Mr. Harrison has also been selected for inclusion in Florida Super Lawyers every year since 2015 in trust and estate litigation, holds honors such as the highest peer-review rating possible of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell and is active with The Florida Bar committees devoted to wills, trusts and estates, including the probate and trust litigation committee of The Florida Bar. The firm also focuses on the protection of our clients from financial exploitation and undue influence. Our articles addressing the financial exploitation of the elderly have been published by The Florida Bar Journal and in other publications.

We feel that decisions regarding the planning, protection, disposition and tax treatment of your estate are among the most important and personal you will make during your lifetime. Combining decades of experience in estate planning, elder law planning, wills, trusts and estates, our attorneys at Lyons, Beaudry & Harrison, P.A., are committed to finding the best possible solution to implement your wishes and reach your long-term goals. Many attorneys refer clients to our firm because we have the reputation, knowledge and expertise in estate planning, and estate and trust litigation that they can rely on.

At Lyons, Beaudry & Harrison, we take a “client-centered” approach to legal counsel and representation. We feel that our size helps to ensure that your matter receives the individual, personalized attention it deserves.
