Biography

Cecilia (Ceci) Harrison RN, BS, Certified Case Manager (CCM)

Ceci is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Certified Case Manager. She has worked at LBH since 2020.  Her nursing and case management skills make her particularly effective in managing medical care for clients when their families are unable due to logistics or other reasons.

Before working at LBH, Ceci was employed as an RN Case Manager at Encompass Rehabilitation Hospital in Sarasota for 12 years. Before that she was a RN Case Manager at the Rehabilitation Institute of Sarasota and Mediplex. Although that work was satisfying, she knew managing medical care for clients in the community setting was her goal. Ceci enjoys seeing clients on a long- term care basis and assisting them with all their care needs.  She is detailed oriented and communicates well with families and health care professionals so that no one is left out of the loop. She works very closely with the clients to coordinate optimal care and positive outcomes.

Her extensive background in medical care management has been an asset to us at Lyons, Beaudry & Harrison. She possessed extensive skills in coordinating medical care for her clients.  This includes doctor visits, referrals to appropriate community resources, moving and housing needs and anything else deemed medically necessary to assure the client is well taken care of. She acts as a liaison within the health care team. Her role requires involvement with every aspect of care to lessen stress on the patient as well as their loved ones.

Ceci gives her all when working with her clients. We are happy to have her as part of our team!
